The minimum dimensions required of a parking
stalls sizes in Singapore ,are 4800mm x 2400mm for the normal angled parking
and 5400 mm x 2400mm for parallel parking. If there is any obstruction, the
parking stall will be subjected to changes depending on situation.
As quoted , "When there is an object or obstruction, adjacent to a stall
located within the middle 2800mm of the parking length, the parking stall shall
be widened. If the obstruction is on one side, the minimum stall width shall be
2700mm. If the obstruction is on both sides, then the minimum stall width shall
be 3000mm. Any large element above 175mm such as columns, walls or ducts
constitutes an obstruction."
